AHS Class of 2021 - Launch of Professional Cookery Apprenticeship
The AHS Class of 2021 has officially begun!
Good luck to each and every one of our apprentices who started their journey with us this week. Our apprentices now begin a 2 year programme, completing rotations throughout their hotel departments whilst experiencing some inspirational masterclasses and learning journeys along the way.
This year we are delighted to have launched our Professional Cookery apprenticeship with training partner City of Glasgow College. The apprentices were even treated to a blind tasting test on day 1 of their induction!

We were privileged to hold the AHS Induction this year at Cameron House on Loch Lomond and our thanks go out to the entire team for their hospitality, such an inspirational start for our new apprentices.
