Apprenticeships are the way forward now especially in this industry. There is so much on the job training.

The course is shaped around an industry that I am very passionate about. I also prefer to learn on the job.

I was particularly interested in the Apprenticeship in Hospitality Scotland as I wanted to travel.

I was 18 and wanted to make a bold move. I had an interview with managers at Gleneagles and trusted them.

Having done previous work experience during my time at school the next step was the apprenticeship.

I had applied to work at The Torridon for the season and after a month I was approached by Rohaise.

I thought it was a good opportunity to progress my career and this was the best apprenticeship in that field.
